The optimized version of the fuse box, which uses a stud unidirectional positive input and a single-sided wiring output, allows for simpler wiring. Compared to traditional fuse boxes, this compact 12V fuse block takes up less space. It also includes a spare slot, making it convenient for users to replace blown fuses.

Constructed with durable and flame-retardant materials, this fuse box is built to last. The main body is made of PA66 + GF15%, and the contact terminals are nickel-plated copper, ensuring strength and longevity. The fuse box also boasts high mechanical strength, good insulation, heat resistance, and a flame-retardant rating of UL94V-0. The PC material top cover and the extended shielding layer prevent short-circuiting caused by falling conductors.

The product parameters include a 12-volt blade fuse block for 4 ATO blade fuses, suitable for circuits with voltages less than 80V DC and continuous operating currents less than 40A. The maximum total input current is 150A, with a recommended mounting torque of 1.5Nm for M4 screws and 3.5Nm for M5 nuts.

Each circuit in the fuse box is equipped with a red LED indicator. When the line is connected to the power supply and the fuse is inserted, the red LED will indicate that the line is powered and functioning normally. If the red LED illuminates, it signals a blown fuse that needs to be checked and replaced.
